We use the following trusted third-party services to operate this website. Each processes data only as necessary for the service they provide:

• Web3Forms (web3forms.com) - processes contact form submissions on our behalf. Form data is transmitted securely and used solely to deliver your message to us.
• GoCardless (gocardless.com) - processes Direct Debit payments for our 0% finance arrangements. GoCardless is FCA authorised and PCI-DSS compliant.
• Elfsight (elfsight.com) - displays Google Reviews on our website. No personal data you submit is shared with Elfsight.
• Google Analytics (analytics.google.com) - collects anonymised usage statistics (pages visited, time on site). We use IP anonymisation. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Microsoft Clarity (clarity.microsoft.com) - records anonymised session replays and heatmaps to help us improve the website. No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Google Maps - displays our practice location. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
